Blue Mobile Systems AB expands and is now looking to hire additional staff for the Customer Support and Training Department at our head office in Gothenburg. This is a full-time job with immediate start.
As this is a small company, you as an individual you will play an important role, which means that you are involved and affect the company’s future every day. In the support role, you will be in close dialogue with our customers. The cases vary and can range from simple questions to assist in larger projects deployment and the deployment and implementation of new versions of software. To fit in the support role, we prefer that you have previous experience working in tech support, help desk, service desk, technical service with customer and end-user contact. It is also meritorious if you have good knowledge from the security industry and that you have previously worked administratively with our product GuardTools.
In the role of educator, you will be working to train new clients in GuardTools and participate in projects where staff will be trained and GuardTools will be implemented in customer operations. To fit the role of educator, we would like you to have experience from educating others. That you understand and have experience of Change Management and that you enjoy working with new people.
The job involves some traveling. Both in Sweden, but also abroad.
